The S.I.G.N.A.L. Framework

My approach is built around the S.I.G.N.A.L. Method, a trauma-informed process that blends Holistic Mental Health, Human Design, and Shadow Work to help you reconnect from the inside out.

Here’s what that journey looks like:

  • S – Self-awareness: We begin by identifying your patterns, survival responses, and emotional blocks

  • I – Intention: We set grounded, soul-centered intentions for how you want to feel and live

  • G – Groundwork: We map your triggers, internal narratives, and nervous system habits to prepare for change

  • N – Nervous system: You learn regulation practices and gain insight into how your body responds to stress and safety

  • A – Anchor: We identify your energetic and emotional anchors such as the tools, truths, and rhythms that stabilize you

  • L – Liberation: You release old survival strategies and reclaim your connection to self, energy, and truth


For clients who are working through emotional blocks, trauma responses, or inner child work, I also offer Brainspotting + HD coaching sessions. These sessions use Brainspotting to help you release what’s stuck in the body while integrating your Human Design bodygraph.

What is Brainspotting?

A powerful, body-based healing method that helps you process and release what talk-based approaches can’t always reach. It’s rooted in the idea that our unprocessed emotions, trauma, and stress live in the body while your eyes can help access and unlock those stuck experiences.

During a session, I guide you with a pointer and we focus on a brainspot. This is a specific eye position linked to where emotion or memory is held in the body. While you gently focus on that spot, I support you in noticing what comes up whether that’s sensation, emotion, imagery, or nothing at all. Your body does the healing without needing to over-explain or relive the story.

In our work together, I can use Brainspotting alongside Human Design to help you:

  • Connect to what your body is holding

  • Process emotional patterns that keep looping

  • Feel more clarity, regulation, and ease without having to figure it out in your head

  • Process negative core wounds or distress

This approach is especially helpful if you:

  • Feel like you know your patterns but can’t seem to shift them

  • Struggle with emotional numbness, shutdown, or sudden overwhelm

  • Want to work on trauma, self-worth, or identity through a deeper, embodied lens
