What is Human Design for Therapists Hub™?

The Human Design for Therapists Hub™ is a learning and healing space for mental health professionals who are ready to explore Human Design through a trauma-informed, holistic mental wellness lens. It’s a space to study, learn, experiment, and grow on a personal and professional level. The Hub bridges my foundation of Human Design, Shadow Work, and Holistic Mental health so you can better understand the energetic patterns that shape human behavior, emotion, and the nervous system. Here, you will learn to read the chart not as theory, but as a living map that reflects how energy moves, responds, and adapts in real life within you and the people you serve.

Through the Hub, you’ll discover how to:

• Use Human Design as a self-healing framework to understand your own stress and trauma responses in practice.

• Integrate HD into your therapy work in a way that’s ethical, grounded, and clinically relevant.

• Explore your shadow patterns, gifts, and energy rhythms so you can show up to sessions regulated, aligned, and authentic in your energy.

What You’ll Find Inside

The Hub will grow into a full ecosystem of education and reflection for mental health therapists:

1. The Human Design Therapist™ Training Program (Coming January 2026)

A 12-month certification experience designed to help therapists integrate Human Design in three ways: self of the therapist, in the therapy room, and in your business. You will also learn how to use this information to add Human Design Mental Wellness Coaching as a service if you desire.

2. Professional Development Courses (Coming 2026)

Live and self-paced courses on specialized intersections of Human Design and Holistic Mental Health to expand your skills in the therapy room. The first course will be on the integration of ADHD and Human Design and will launch in 2026, offering an in-depth look at the energetic patterns behind attention, rhythm, and regulation.

3. The Shadow Work by Design™ Membership (Coming 2026)

A reflective space for therapists who want to focus on their own healing rather than client application. This cohort style membership offers community, guided practices, and shadow integration tools rooted in Human Design for post-traumatic growth and self-restoration. The first event inside the Human Design for Therapists Hub™ begins with a deep dive into one of the most practical parts of Human Design, the Profile Lines.

In this live masterclass, you’ll learn how each Profile Line reveals patterns for both you and your clients. We will explore how these lines influence your role as a therapist and how your voice shows up in your brand. You will also learn how to identify and work with your clients’ Profile Lines to better understand their coping patterns, emotional regulation, and shadow themes that surface in therapy. Expect practical insights you can apply immediately, whether you’re using Human Design in your clinical work or exploring it for your own growth.

This class also marks the official opening of the Hub and includes a look at the upcoming Human Design for Therapists Certification Training beginning in January 2026.
